Made in Santa Fe, New Mexico, by Blackbird & Sage Jewelry, the ring marries a raw Black Tourmaline rod (approx. 5–8 mm) with a hand‑formed electroformed copper band. Each piece is crafted to embrace the stone’s natural texture and shape, finished in your choice of Bright Copper or Antique Copper. The electroforming process yields a durable, organic setting, and a patina that matures with wear.
The Black Tourmaline carries a protective, grounding energy—an energetic shield that clears negativity and steadies the mind. Its presence feels ancient and alive, inviting calm focus and a confident, centered mood throughout the day.

All rings are nickel-free, can be sealed for daily wear, and finished by hand in our Santa Fe studio.

There are a couple of easy ways you can measure your ring size at home.

Each electroformed ring is unique in form and width.
Because the copper adds subtle thickness during formation, sizes may vary by approximately¼ to ½ size.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly for wider bands.
Need a specific size? Custom sizing may be available for select designs. Choose Custom where available and add your preferred ring size in Order Special Instructions at checkout. We offer handmade rings in sizes 1–16, including quarter and half sizes, so you can get a perfect, personalized fit.

Electroformed copper develops a natural patina over time — deepening into warm, earthy tones that tell the story of your wear.
To maintain brightness, polish gently with a soft cloth or a touch of lemon and salt.
To preserve the aged finish, simply wipe clean and store in a dry place.
Avoid wearing your ring while swimming, showering, or applying lotions, as moisture may alter the patina over time.
