How This Handmade Moonstone Ring Is Made

Each round cabochon black moonstone ring is made to order in my small Santa Fe studio. I hand-select every stone for its flash and depth, then encase it in copper using traditional electroforming techniques. Copper grows directly around the stone through an electrical process, forming the band organically. No mass production, no shortcuts. Every handmade ring from this studio is one of a kind.

Care

Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Store dry. Moonstone is relatively soft — treat gently to avoid impacts and scratches. Let the antique patina deepen naturally with wear, or polish gently with a soft cloth to brighten.
