How This Handmade Silver Amethyst Ring Is Made

Each ring is made to order in my small Santa Fe studio. I hand-select every lavender amethyst for its soft color and clarity, then use traditional electroforming to grow copper directly around the stone and build the bezel before applying a bright silver plate finish. No molds. No mass production. Every ring is one of a kind.

A Note on Stone Variation

Lavender amethyst varies in depth of color and translucency — some stones are barely-there pale, others show a soft lilac. Your ring will be similar to the one shown but entirely its own.

Care

Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Store dry. Amethyst is relatively soft — avoid impacts and hard surfaces. Polish with a soft cloth to maintain the silver finish.
